Thoughts of Gratitude

Time for a pop quiz! Ask yourself these questions:

  1. Do you ever find yourself day-dreaming about the things you want or the things you need?
  2. How much time do you spend thinking about what you don’t have?
  3. How much time do you spend thinking about what you DO have?
  4. When is the last time you expressed gratitude for the blessings in your life?
  5. How would your happiness levels change if you spent the same amount of time thinking about your blessings as you do thinking about the things you want?

This week, when you find yourself day-dreaming, replace those thoughts with thoughts of gratitude.
