Why isn’t my data syncing?

iCloud Troubleshooting for App and Widget

If your Wants and Needs data is not syncing across your devices, it is likely iCloud is not enabled on one or both of your devices.

To enable iCloud, please see Enabling iCloud Syncing.

If iCloud is already enabled, please follow the steps below to get iCloud to re-sync data.

Note: The following steps will remove all local cached iCloud data for all apps. This will not delete your iCloud data on Apple servers. iCloud will re-download all data from iCloud once iCloud Drive is turned back on.

iCloud Re-Sync

1. Go to device Settings.

2. Tap iCloud.

3. Tap iCloud Drive.

4. Turn off iCloud Drive.
Note: This can take awhile.

5. Reboot your device.

6. Go back to device Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive.

7. Turn iCloud Drive back on.
Note: Although your apps we reappear in the iCloud Drive list, actual syncing of data can take hours to days. iCloud is Apple technology. We can not control sync speed.
